Oven Baked Chicken

The BEST Oven Baked Chicken you'll ever taste. These juicy thighs are baked in a simple, honey mustard sauce studded with garlic and thyme for a deliciously savory dish you can enjoy any day of the week.


  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin on (about 5-6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 teaspoons chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lay a baking tray with tin foil and place a baking rack on top of it.
  2. Dried chicken skin with  paper towel to removing any moisture.
  3. Putting chicken in olive oil & season with spices, salt & pepper.
  4. Place on rack and bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Roast 2-3 minutes.
